Life Care Planning

"Helping make the unexpected, understood."

*What is a Life Care Plan?

A life care plan is a legal document that details the current and future medical needs of an individual who has suffered an injury and/or has chronic medical illnesses.

The life care plan clearly defines the associated costs of those needs throughout the person's life expectancy.

Imagine how much simpler and peaceful it would be if the probable future needs - and the costs of those needs - were known today.

Our team is comprised of highly experienced advisors led by our board-certified physiatrist, who work together to create your custom, concise, objective, easy-to-read life care plan based on our comprehensive assessment, data analysis, best evidence-based practices, medical expertise, and published research.

Our plans communicate clearly to individuals, families, attorneys, jury members, financial planners, and insurance carriers.

Our board-certified physiatrist is not only a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR) but also a member of the American Academy of Physician Life Care Planners (AAPLCP), who are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, compassion, and best practices when creating life care plans.

Our life care plans are designed to:

1) Thoroughly explain your medical condition, current and future needs of that condition as well as their associated costs.

2) Maximize the quality of life for you and your loved ones while preserving your family's resources.

3) Offer peace of mind knowing that any challenges will be met with a solution.

We are also dedicated to helping you understand the complex lifestyle changes that typically occur with your condition.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Home setup/arrangement

- Decrease or loss of income

- Increase in expenses

- Increase in caregiver need and responsibilities
